Order Processing

All orders are processed within 6-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays due to supply issues, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to all US states and the United Kingdom.

Order Status and Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 1-2 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
